Please be aware of making an appointment on a weekend to book 6-8 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment on your arrival at the Villa Thalgo Day Spa. Credit card details are required at time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Please mention if you are redeeming a gift voucher. |

Your comfort is our priority; relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable clothing. A robe, towels, slippers and lockers with shampoo/body lotion are all provided. Please bring swimming costume if you intend to use our hydrotherapy spa, plunge pool or steam room. |

Out of consideration for all our guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling within this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. "No Show" appointments are charged at full price of treatments booked. |

Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift Vouchers are available for use against any spa treatment, packages or retail product. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment. Vouchers valid for 6 months from date of issue. |

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. |

At Villa Thalgo we offer a full range of retail products through our mail order service for those times you cannot arrange to see us. Simply phone, fax or email us with your order, along with your credit card details and we will promptly send your homecare package. |

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge spa services to their Hotel room account. |

Special Health Considerations |

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their Doctor prior to seeking spa services. Please inform your therapist of your medical condition or medications being taken as some services may not be suitable. We do not treat anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. |

The Spa is closed on Public Holidays. |

The minimum age limit to use our spa facilities is 16 years. |
|
|
Jewellery and valuables should be left at home and not brought into the Spa. Villa Thalgo accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind while on the Spa premises. |

All treatments and packages once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. |
